Please contact us via email or facebook messenger to let us know about your custom design idea, prior to ordering. We will get back to and let you know if this is something we can create, & will be able to provide a quote.

As much as we'd LOVE to do designs featuring our favourite adorable characters, unfortunately we we are unable to do so. Due to copyrights, our designs will not display any specific characters.

Absolutely! If you are able to collect from Pimpama, Gold Coast please select 'Local Pickup' when finalising your order. Upon finalisation, we will email you to arrange a collection time. We don't operate a store front, therefore collection times will vary depending on the day. Please keep this in mind when selecting the pickup option, as pickups slots may not be until late afternoon or weekends. But we are very flexible & try our best to ensure quick collection!

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products being made-to-order & personalised, we are unable to offer a refund.

If you like one of our sticker designs but our current colours don't suit, we'd love to try & match to your theme. If you know the Hex code, we should easily be able to match this for you. Please keep in mind that colours can vary on computer screens to the actual products printed out.
