How much does shipping cost?

To help keep things simple, we have flat rate postage available for our products. Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. Shipping is available for Australian wide locations.

Small items (such as stickers & gift tags)

We aim for a quick turnaround & orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. If you require your order urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to prioritise.

Delivery times vary based on your location. Generally, orders within Australia take 3-7 business days to arrive after processing. We post through Australia post therefore it depends on their delivery schedules.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, local customers can choose to pick up their orders from our Gold Coast location at Pimpama. Please select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout.

Unfortunately due to the nature of our made to order products, we can not guarantee that a cancellation will be available. Please contact us as soon as possible to verify if a cancellation is possible, as it will depend on how far into the order making process we are.
