Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped. If you require your order urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to prioritise.
Delivery times vary based on your location. Generally, orders within Australia take 3-7 business days to arrive after processing. International orders may take longer.
All orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Yes, local customers can choose to pick up their orders from our Gold Coast location. Please select the 'Pick Up' option at checkout.
Unfortunately due to the nature of our made to order products, we can not guarantee that a cancellation will be available. Please contact us to verify if a cancellation is possible, as it will depend on how far into the order making process we are.
Unfortunately we do not allow for any returns due to our orders being made to order.
