Please note that there is no name disc included with this purchase, despite what is shown in our pictures. Personalised name discs can be added for an extra $5 by selecting our personalised lanyard option.

    + Nylon cord is 1m long therefore lanyards will sit 50cm long once around neck

    Our products are made to order therefore no returns or refunds are accepted.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    • $5.95 flat rate, tracked parcel post

    • Current turnaround time is 2-3 days. We will then promptly place in post.

    • Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery via Australia Post

  • LOCAL PICKUP

    Local pickup is available from Pimpama, Gold Coast.

    To see the pickup option at checkout, please enter your contact and address details first and proceed to the payment step. Local Pickup will then be displayed as an option.

    Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you via email (or social media if we’ve already been in touch) with available pickup time slots for that week.

    Pickup times are generally:

    •Weekdays: after 3:30pm

    •Weekends: flexible times available
